Social Groups At Roseland Park Country Club

Men’s Group (ROGUES)

The ROGUES or Retired Old Guys Unlimited Entertainment Society meets monthly. It has several internal interest groups, including book club, billiards, bridge, bocce, choir and outings. The group goes to a local pub for a monthly luncheon, and hosts a dinner annually at the club for all members . During the monthly meeting , the group hosts guest speakers, watches TED talks, discusses current events and issues and occasionally hosts a luncheon.

Women’s Group

The Roseland Women host a monthly, themed luncheon with speakers and fun activities. There is also Marathon Bridge which is played in member homes throughout the year.  An annual golf retreat takes place in May. The group is run by an Executive Committee that also organizes improvements to the club together along with other good works.

Just Us

Just Us is a social network of women who due to life circumstances are on their own. We meet together once a month on the second Saturday evening for Food, Friendship and Fun. We are supportive of each other and are very active as individuals and as a group in many other aspects of the Roseland Club.

Book Club

Our book club, for members, meets monthly to discusses the books read, and also explores more about the authors, and  the background of their stories. Each member has an opportunity to recommend a book, to provide information about the author, the story, and develop questions for discussion. Check out the calendar for more information

Bridge is one of the most popular activities at Roseland with 3 games available every week – duplicate games on Monday night and Wednesday afternoon and party bridge on Friday afternoon. There are also women’s and couple’s home and home bridge groups that any member can join in September. Occasionally Sunday party bridge afternoons are organized as well which are open to all members.

Bocce (ROGUES)

The ROGUES play bocce every Tuesday morning, during good weather, on The Lawn. If any other groups are interested in organizing games, equipment is available.

Join us for some friendly and spirited Euchre games every Friday at 1:00 pm at Roseland Park Country Club!  Everyone is welcome to participate. Get ready to engage in this classic card game that brings laughter, strategy, and camaraderie to the table. Meet fellow members and make new friends as you enjoy an afternoon of Euchre in the welcoming ambiance of our club.

Mah Jong (American)

Are you interested in playing and/or learning mah jongg (American version)?   We play every Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the club.
